All tenants will be asked to provide either a guarantor or a deposit.
A guarantor would either be a home owner (verified via a land registry check) or two people in employment with sufficient joint income.
A deposit would usually be the value of a months rent.
Let only: The deposit will be passed on to you to be protected in a deposit protection scheme. See here for more information: https://www.gov.uk/tenancy-deposit-protection/overview
Fully managed: We will protect the deposit and issue the necessary certificates to the tenants. We will be in touch with you if there are any disputes at the end of the tenancy to resolve.
