All lettings enquiries are attended to by our dedicated reps, via telephone, email, and social media.
They handle around 80 enquiries every single day!
(Feel free to try a blind test to get a feel of how they are handled.)
When an applicant gets in touch then we will usually answer their enquiries and book in a viewing if requested.
We will usually attend the viewing, unless you have requested or agreed to take them yourself in which case you will receive notification of this via email beforehand.
Further to the viewing, we will provide the applicants feedback via email.
