We have made our sign up process really simple. All our applications and agreements can be completed online.
You will now need to complete a tenancy application. If you have one or more guarantors, please ask them to complete their applications, which can be accessed via the buttons at the end of this email.
You will need to provide:
A photograph or scanned copy of:
ID. This can be a passport or a drivers license.
Proof of income. This can be your payslips for the past 3 months, or if you are in receipt of benefits, 3 bank statements showing regular benefit payments.
How to send the documents to us:

How to scan documents:
If you use a smartphone then you can take a clear photograph of the documents, or better yet you can use one of the many free scanning apps available on all appstores.

- Please ensure that you provide an email address for your previous landlord when completing the application, so that we can contact them for a reference.
- It is important that you complete the tenancy application in full, and that your guarantor(s) complete their applications in full as well.
